Future Tech Trading

We work with different products and services sold and delivered to clients including specific types of products base and range.

CNC Machining

CNC machining makes it possible to pre-program the speed and position of machine tool functions and run them via software in repetitive, predictable cycles, all with little involvement from human operators. In the CNC machining process, a 2D or 3D CAD drawing is conceived, which is then translated to computer code for the CNC system to execute. After the program is inputted, the operator gives it a trial run to ensure no mistakes are present in the coding.

Due to these capabilities, the process has been adopted across all corners of the manufacturing sector, and CNC manufacturing is especially vital in the areas of metal and plastic production.

Automation Design

A process in the development of mechanised production, in which the control and monitoring functions that were previously performed by humans, are now transferred to instruments and automated devices. Its goal is to improve the efficiency of labor, quality of manufactured products, and to create an optimal condition to utilise and maximise resources.

There are two distinguishable types of automation in production :

Fixed Automation

Fixed automation, also known as “hard automation,” refers to an automated production facility in which the sequence of processing operations is fixed by the equipment configuration.

Programmable Automation

Programmable automation is a form of automation for producing products in batches. The products are made in batch quantities ranging from several dozen to several thousand units at a time.

Vacuum Casting

Vacuum casting, sometimes referred as Urethane casting or Polyurethane casting uses silicone moulds to make plastic and rubber components under vacuum. It is an extremely adaptable manufacturing process capable of mimicking the injection moulding to produce complex parts in polyurethane resins and cast nylon.

Due to the process being under vacuum, it produces high-quality bubble-free casting with smooth surface texture without any blemishes.

Vacuum casting can be extremely useful in rapid prototyping injection moulding parts and worth considering when selecting rapid prototyping processes for plastic or rubber parts.

Benefits of Vacuum Casting:

  • High Precision And Fine Detail To TheFinished Product
  • Lowers The Production Costs

Laser Marking

In simplest terms, laser marking is a permanent process that uses a beam of concentrated light to create a lasting mark on a surface. Typically performed with a fiber, pulsed, continuous wave, green, or UV laser machine, laser marking encompasses a wide variety of applications.

Laser marking can be automated and processed at high speeds, while leaving permanent traceability marks on a range of materials, including steel, titanium, aluminum, copper, ceramic, plastic, glass, wood, paper, and cardboard. Parts and products can be marked with text (including serial numbers and part numbers); machine-readable data (such as barcodes, Unique ID codes, and 2D Data Matrix codes); or graphics.

3D Printing

3D printing or additive manufacturing is a process of making three dimensional solid objects from a digital file.

The creation of a 3D printed object is achieved using additive processes. In an additive process an object is created by laying down successive layers of material until the object is created. Each of these layers can be seen as a thinly sliced cross-section of the object.

3D printing is the opposite of subtractive manufacturing which is cutting out or hollowing out a piece of metal or plastic, for instance a milling machine.

3D printing enables you to produce complex shapes using less material when compared to traditional manufacturing methods.

3D printing allows for the testing of a lot of new designs in a shorter amount of time. Hence making it more cost efficient

Shadow Board

Custom shadow boards for industries such as aerospace, field service technicians, and any industry that requires that all tools and/or parts are accounted for before leaving a job site.
